Please read through all terms carefully before consigning your item(s).

 

1. Consignment Process:

  
- After selecting the item(s) you wish to consign, we will email you a
pre-paid shipping label. Print this label and attach it to your package for
shipment.

 

2. Cancellation and Return
Costs:

  
- If you decide you no longer want to consign your item(s) while they
are in our possession, you will be charged for both the return shipping and the
original pre-paid shipping label. There is no additional cancellation fee. This
also applies to the event that your item(s) do not sell on auction and you do
not want to continue consignment on our website.

3. Auction Schedule:

  
- We generally hold auctions at the end of each second month. However,
this schedule may vary depending on the number of consigned items.

  
- If we retain your item(s) for auction for more than 5 months, you will
incur no withdrawal penalties when we ship the items back to you.

 

4. Website Consignment:

  
- For items consigned on our website, we may keep them listed until they
sell. If you request a return, you will be charged for both the return shipping
and the original pre-paid shipping label. There is no additional cancellation
fee..

 

5. Responsibility and
Liability:

  
- You are responsible for the safe arrival of your consigned item(s) to
and from us. We are not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. Make sure to pack your items well for protection.

  
- We guarantee a tracking number for all prepaid shipping labels.

 

Payment for Auctioned Items:

 

1. Payment Timing:

  
- After payment has cleared from the winning bidder, you will receive
payment within the next 7 business days.

 

2. Payment Amount:

  
- You will be paid the final hammer price of your item(s) minus a 10% sellers
fee to Worldwide Medals. Additionally, Worldwide Medals will collect a 25% premium
from the buyer if your items sells. (hammer price is the final amount an item
sells for at auction, this does not include the buyers premium). The buyers
premium of 25% is added to the hammer price for the final sale price.

 

3. Payment Methods:

  
- Payments will be made through an agreed platform, such as PayPal,
e-transfer, Zelle, wire transfer, or credit card. For payment by credit card,
you the seller will have a 2.5% deduction from your final payout due to credit
card fees. There are no deductions for any other payment methods.
