Passport was issued to a member of the ruling government. The Passport is hand signed by Dimitri Stirbei. It was the original wax paper seal intact. Visas on the reverse with the authorization and stamp of the ottoman Empire in Constantinople. The passport is written in the old Romanian Cyrillic language script. size 15" x 18". very rare!
